Air Fryer BBQ Split Chicken Breast Recipe
Recently, my new favorite in the kitchen has become an air fryer. I like to use it to grill chicken breasts. This is really a blessing for lazy people. I made this dish with friends yesterday and everyone liked it very much. They said it was better than grilling outside. The spread is still delicious! Today I will share the recipe with you, let us say goodbye to greasy takeout!

INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast
DIRECTIONS
Wash and cut 500 grams of chicken breast into small pieces. Wash and cut 50g green and red bell peppers into small cubes.
Add 8 grams of shredded onion, 5 grams of shredded ginger, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 10 grams of cornstarch; mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Skewer the marinated chicken breasts with the chopped green and red pepper cubes.
Line an air fryer with flat tinfoil. Place the skewered chicken breasts into the air fryer and spray the surface of the chicken breasts with oil using an oil sprayer.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, pause to turn and sprinkle with barbecue sauce.
Place the chicken breasts back into the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
