BBQ Sauce Recipe
This homemade barbecue sauce is perfect for enjoying with pork chops, steaks, chicken, and ribs, making it ideal for barbecue gatherings. If you like, it also pairs wonderfully with burgers, hot dogs, and sausages, delivering equally great flavor.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon apple puree
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
DIRECTIONS
Prepare Ingredients:
Start by gathering all the ingredients.
In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of water.
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
Add 1 tablespoon of apple puree.
Tip:
If you don’t have apple puree, you can use fresh apples blended into a puree, or simply omit it if you don’t have any.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of ginger paste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste.
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan. No need to add cooking oil.
Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
Once the sauce starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of flour water.
Continue to stir until the sauce thickens.
Your delicious barbecue sauce is ready!
