Beef and Garlic Sauce Recipe
You’ve probably heard of the famous Chinese Beef Garlic Sauce. In China, making flavorful sauces is very common, and today’s Beef Garlic Sauce features tender beef as its main ingredient, perfectly blending rich garlic aroma with the deliciousness of the beef. Whether tossed with noodles or tucked into a sandwich, it’s absolutely delightful. The recipe is simple, so let’s embark on your culinary journey!

INGREDIENTS
- 300g beef tenderloin
- 50g garlic
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the necessary ingredients: beef, fermented black beans, dried chili peppers, garlic, etc.
Clean 300g of beef tenderloin and cut it into small cubes for later use.
Rinse 5g of dried chili peppers and cut them into small pieces.
Heat some cooking oil in a pan until it reaches about 60% heat. Add the dried chili pieces, minced garlic, and fermented black beans to sauté until fragrant.
Once fragrant, add the beef cubes and stir-fry evenly.
Continue to cook until the beef turns white.
Add 2 tablespoons of doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste), 1 tablespoon of sweet bean sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and half a tablespoon of five-spice powder. Stir-fry over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Once the beef is cooked, add 10g of toasted sesame seeds and mix well.
Remove from heat, and your beef garlic sauce is ready to serve!
