Beef Bone Soup Recipe

Preparation and cleaning of ingredients:

Initial processing of beef bones:
Put the washed beef bones into a pot, add 1000 milliliters of water, put 1 chive and 2 slices of ginger, turn on the fire and bring it to a boil. Skim off the foam on the surface to remove the fishy smell.
Cleaning of beef bones:
Rinse the cooked beef bones with cold water to remove residual impurities on the surface.
Preparation for high-pressure cooking:
Put the washed beef bones into a pressure cooker, and put the white radish pieces in as well. Then add 1500 milliliters of water. Note that the amount of water should submerge all ingredients.
High-pressure cooking:
First turn on high heat to bring the contents of the pressure cooker to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly for 40 minutes.
