Beef Broccoli Recipe
Beef and broccoli is a common and healthy recipe made with beef and broccoli as the main ingredients. The dish combines the savory taste of beef with the crispness of broccoli, satisfying both the palate and providing rich nutritional value.

INGREDIENTS
- 150g broccoli
- 150g beef slices
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the ingredients and wash them thoroughly.
Prepare a container and place 5g of minced garlic and ginger into it. Add 10g of cornstarch and 10g of cooking wine.
Then, place 150g of beef slices into the container with the minced garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and cooking wine. Mix the seasonings thoroughly with the beef slices and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Pour the cleaned 150g of broccoli into boiling water, add 5g of salt and 5g of cooking oil, and blanch for a brief period. After blanching, remove the broccoli from the water and place it on a serving plate.
Tip:
Avoid blanching for too long as it may cause the broccoli to become mushy and lose.
Chop 10g of green onions. Heat 10g of cooking oil in a pan, then add the chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.
Next, add the marinated beef slices to the pan with the sautéed green onions. Add 10g of oyster sauce.
Stir-fry everything over high heat until well combined. Add 3g of sesame oil and black pepper to taste. Then, it's ready to serve.
Place the beef slices on top of the broccoli in the serving plate and it's ready to enjoy.
Tip:
If you prefer flavorful broccoli, you can add the blanched broccoli into the pan when stir-frying the beef slices at the end.
