Beloved Traditional Christmas Cookies Recipe
As Christmas season approaches, what people look forward to the most are those crispy and tempting holiday biscuits. Whether it's simple butter cookies or biscuits with exquisite frosting decorations, the traditional recipes they contain all engrave the happy reunion times of many families. At this moment, let's work together to present these memories full of deliciousness again.

INGREDIENTS
- 60g butter
- 50g white granulated sugar
- 30g egg liquid
- 100g low-gluten flour
- 6g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
Soften the butter and stir evenly with white granulated sugar.
Add egg liquid in three times and whip with an electric mixer until the butter expands and turns white.
Sift in baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and mix well with a spatula to form a batter.
Divide the batter into small portions, about 65 grams each, and roll them into balls. If you are afraid of sticking, you can add chocolate filling or flatten them a bit and then place them on the baking tray.
Preheat the oven and put in the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes first.
Take out the baking tray halfway and pick a few cookies and put marshmallows on them. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 6 minutes.
Take out after baking. While the marshmallows are still warm, press the gingerbread man into the marshmallows to fix it.
Embed sugar beads into the cookies while they are still hot.
Melt white chocolate and use it to write on the cookies, fix decorations and decorate the cookies by drawing Christmas tree patterns as you like.
