Black Pepper Chicken
Black Pepper Chicken features a rich aroma of black pepper, slightly spicy with a numbing sensation, and has a bright and appealing color. This flavorful dish is not only beloved by many but also widely accepted due to its moderate spiciness. What sets Black Pepper Chicken apart is its ability to effectively eliminate the gamey taste of chicken, resulting in a tender and juicy texture.

INGREDIENTS
- 300g chicken breast
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the ingredients by washing them thoroughly and setting them aside for later use.
Cut the 300g chicken breast open from the side, pierce it with a fork several times, and then season it with 5g of black pepper powder and salt.
Cut 5g of ginger into thin strips. Massage the chicken breast lightly with the ginger strips, then place the ginger on top of the chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for half an hour.
Dice the washed 30g bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the diced bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms into the pot and blanch them briefly.
Remove the blanched bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms from the water and place them in a bowl. Add 15g of black pepper sauce and stir until well combined.
Take out the marinated chicken breast and place it on aluminum foil. Place the seasoned diced bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms on top of the chicken breast.
Wrap the diced bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms inside the chicken breast.
Wrap it securely in aluminum foil and place it in a steaming oven (select the steam-bake function) at 120 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
Tip:
When steaming and baking the chicken breast, ensure the temperature is not too high to prevent overcooking and ensure a good taste.
After the cooking process, remove the steamed and baked chicken breast from the oven, open the aluminum foil, and transfer the chicken breast to a serving plate. Pour the juices from the foil into a container, then add 5g of black pepper powder, 3g of salt, 3g of sugar, 15g of oyster sauce, 15g of soy sauce, and mix well to make the black pepper sauce.
Serve on a plate and it's ready to eat. When serving, simply pour the sauce over the chicken breast. Enjoy!
