Bubble Tea Recipe
Bubble tea, with its smooth texture and rich flavor, is a popular summer beverage that can help cool you down. Many people enjoy it, and it’s a drink suitable for all ages. Today, I will share with you a simple method to make delicious bubble tea at home.

INGREDIENTS
- 5g black tea
- 50g tapioca starch
- 250ml milk
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all ingredients.
In a milk pot, add 45g of water and 20g of brown sugar. Bring to a gentle boil over low heat, then immediately remove from heat. Add tapioca starch and stir until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Tip:
1.Stir continuously while adding tapioca starch to the brown sugar water.
2.The brown sugar water should be just taken off the heat, not cooled down.
Roll the kneaded dough into a long strip and cut it into evenly sized small pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and sprinkle with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
Bring water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls. Cook until they float to the surface, then remove them.
Rinse the cooked pearls in cold water.
In a milk pot, add water and black tea. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. Add milk and granulated sugar, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain out the black tea.
Pour the prepared milk tea into a cup.
Add the cooked tapioca pearls.
Your delicious bubble tea is ready to enjoy!
