Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe Easy

INGREDIENTS
- 400g red bird's eye chilies
- 400g garlic
DIRECTIONS
Prepare All Ingredients:
Peel and finely chop 400g of garlic into small pieces.
Wash and Dry Chilies:
Clean 400g of bird's eye chilies and thoroughly dry them.
Chop Chilies:
Cut the 400g of bird's eye chilies into small pieces.
Tip:
If you have a food processor or blender at home, you can use it to grind the 400g of garlic and 400g of bird's eye chilies together.
Prepare Garlic and Chilies:
Have the chopped garlic and bird's eye chilies ready.
Heat Oil:
Heat oil in a pan until it reaches about 50% of its maximum temperature. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add Chilies:
Once the garlic is aromatic, add the chopped bird's eye chilies. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Season and Mix:
When the garlic and chilies release their aroma, add 15g of salt and mix well.
Finish Cooking:
The garlic chili sauce is now ready. The entire kitchen should be filled with the aroma of the chilies.
