Chinese flatbread
Chinese flatbread is a traditional Chinese staple, typically made from flour, water, and salt. During the preparation process, flour and water are mixed to form a dough, which is then divided into small pieces and rolled into thin sheets. These sheets are then baked in a flat pan or griddle until they turn golden brown and crispy. Chinese flatbread has a crispy texture and a fragrant aroma, making it suitable for pairing with various ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and tofu.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of flour
DIRECTIONS
Prepare 4 cups of flour, pour in 1 1/2 cups of water. Mix until well combined.
Sprinkle a little flour on a cutting board and place the mixed dough on it.
Knead until the surface is smooth, then divide it into two portions and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Roll each portion of dough into a long, thin strip using a rolling pin.
Brush one side of each strip with a layer of oil.
Evenly sprinkle a little salt on the oiled side.
Roll up each strip from the narrow end.
Stand the rolled strips upright and flatten them with your hands.
Then, roll them out into round, thin flatbreads using a rolling pin.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a pan and swirl it to coat the bottom with oil.
Place the flatbread in the pan and cook over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
After cooking, slice them into pieces and serve on a plate.
