Cod Fish Custard Recipe: A Flavorful Delicacy

INGREDIENTS
- 200g cod fish fillets
- 3 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Marinate the cod fillets with a little white pepper and Huadiao wine for 20 minutes to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance.
Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 60-75 ml of warm water (about 1.5 times the volume of the eggs). Mix well.
Strain the egg mixture into a steaming dish.
Add enough water to the steamer, bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, cover the egg mixture with plastic wrap or a lid, and place the dish in the steamer. Steam over medium-low heat for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, gently place the marinated cod fillets on top and continue steaming for 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes.
