Crab Croquettes Recipe
Crab croquettes are simple to make and delicious. The fresh flavor of the crab meat blends perfectly with the seasonings, and the recipe is easy to follow, ensuring success for everyone.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes
- 2 soft-shell crabs
DIRECTIONS
Cut the 2 washed potatoes into chunks.
Place the potato chunks into a steamer and steam for 20 minutes until soft.
Clean the 2 soft-shell crabs with a clean brush.
Place the crabs into the steamer and steam for 6 minutes.
Once the crabs are steamed, cut them open and remove the crab meat.
Add the crab meat to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add 1 tsp of salt, 1g of pepper powder, and 10ml of soy sauce to the mashed potato mixture, and stir well.
Shape the mixed mashed potatoes into crab croquettes.
Coat the croquettes with breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded crab croquettes into hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried crab croquettes from the oil and drain.
