Cream of Shrimp Soup: A Rich and Velvety Delight

INGREDIENTS
- 10-15 peeled shrimp
- 200ml light cream (or half-and-half)
- 200g chicken breast
DIRECTIONS
Marinate the shrimp and chicken breast with sea salt and black pepper.
Chop the onion and slice the mushroom.
Pour olive oil into the pan and fry the prawns until they change color and remove them.
Then pour in the onion and fry until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and fry until soft.
Add the chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked.
Sprinkle a little flour and stir until thick.
Add water to cover the ingredients.
Add some corn kernels and 200 ml of light cream.
Add the shrimps.
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle a little chopped parsley.
Cook until thick and serve.
