Dried Lily Flower Recipe
Dried lily flower, also known as golden needle vegetable, originally referred to as daylily and historically called "forget-me-not," is a beloved traditional vegetable. In China, both dried and fresh lily flowers are widely used in cooking, adding a unique flavor to stir-fries and soups.

INGREDIENTS
- 40g Dried lily flower
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all ingredients and soak 40g of dried lily flower in warm water for 30 minutes.
Drain the soaked lily flower and boil it in water for 3 minutes.
Remove the boiled lily flower and rinse it under cold water.
Drain well and set aside.
In a bowl, add 30g of diced chili, 30g of minced garlic, 20g of sugar, 10g of oyster sauce, 10g of soy sauce, 4g of salt, and 8g of vinegar.
Mix well.
Add 5g of sesame oil and 5g of fragrant oil, then stir again until combined
Plate the dish and serve.
