Dumpling Soup Recipe Chinese
Dumplings are a traditional Chinese food dating back to ancient times and are considered a delicacy during traditional festivals. There are many ways to enjoy them, and today I'll introduce one type: hot and sour dumpling soup. This soup has a tangy and spicy flavor that is both refreshing and satisfying to eat.

INGREDIENTS
- 150g pork dumplings
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the ingredients and wash any items that need cleaning before use.
Finely chop 10g of scallions and garlic. Prepare a seasoning bowl and pour in 15g of soy sauce, 30g of rice vinegar, and 10g of chili sauce. Stir the mixture until it's well combined.
In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 150g of pork dumplings and cook them over medium-low heat until they are fully cooked. Remove the dumplings from the water.
Tip:
①Do not add dumplings to the water too early; wait until the water boils before placing them in the pot. When cooking dumplings, make sure to stir them occasionally to prevent sticking to the pot.
②When adding dumplings to the pot, it's important not to let the water boil continuously. After adding the dumplings and the water starts boiling again, add some cold water. Repeat this process twice before removing the dumplings. If the water boils continuously, the dumplings are more likely to break open.
In another pot, add a small amount of boiling water and pour in the prepared seasoning mixture along with the chopped scallions and garlic. Heat until it comes to a boil.
Once the cooked dumplings are added and brought to a boil, your bowl of hot and sour dumpling soup is ready to serve.
