Easy deviled eggs recipe
Hello everyone! Today, I'm excited to share a snack that I particularly love—deviled eggs. This dish is not only delicious but also colorful, and it never fails to bring surprises and laughter to my family.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
Boil the Eggs:
Fill a small pot with enough water to cover the eggs and bring to a boil over high heat.
Gently add the eggs, ensuring they are fully submerged.
Boil for 10 minutes to ensure the eggs are thoroughly cooked.
Cool the Eggs:
Remove the boiled eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process and make peeling easier.
After a few minutes, drain the cold water and gently shake the eggs to help separate the shells from the whites.
Peel and Cut:
Carefully peel the eggs, ensuring the surface is smooth and clean.
Slice each egg in half lengthwise and gently scoop out the yolks into a bowl, keeping the whites intact.
Prepare the Filling:
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, sugar, crab roe, and crab meat.
Mash the yolks with a fork or spoon until smooth, mixing everything well to create a creamy filling.
Fill a Piping Bag:
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag for easy filling of the egg whites.
Fill and Garnish:
Snip the tip of the piping bag to create a small opening and pipe the filling into each egg white half.
Top each filled egg with a little crab roe as a decorative touch.
Chop Green Onions and Sprinkle:
Rinse and finely chop the green onions.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and paprika over the deviled eggs for added color and flavor.
Serve:
Arrange the decorated deviled eggs on a platter and enjoy!
