Easy Tiramisu Recipe (No-Bake!)
No-Bake Tiramisu! Super Easy to Make at Home! Soft, Rich, and Not Too Sweet! It Will Definitely Wow Your Taste Buds!

INGREDIENTS
- 250g Mascarpone cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 200g heavy cream
- 16 ladyfingers
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add 250g of mascarpone (softened to room temperature). Mix until smooth.
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the 2 egg yolks and 40g of sugar. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water and continue to whisk.
In a separate bowl, whip 200g of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold together the egg yolk mixture, mascarpone, and whipped heavy cream until well combined.
Prepare 2g of instant coffee powder and dissolve it in a little water.
Begin assembling the tiramisu:
Spread a thin layer of the mascarpone mixture on the bottom of the box.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger, both sides, into the coffee liquid and arrange them on top of the cream mixture.
Add another layer of mascarpone mixture and smooth the surface.
Repeat the process: add another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, then top with more mascarpone cream.
Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred).
After chilling, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Cut into small portions, and your silky-smooth classic tiramisu is ready to serve!
