Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Egg fried rice is a delicious and simple dish to make. The ingredients are straightforward, requiring only eggs, rice, and some vegetables you like. Egg fried rice is popular not only in China but also in other countries and regions around the world.

INGREDIENTS
- 200g rice
- 2 eggs

Break up the steamed rice and prepare all the ingredients.
Tip:
I used leftover rice from home.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 2ml of cooking wine, and beat them well. This helps to remove any eggy smell.
Prepare the vegetables:
Wash the green onion, cucumber, and carrot thoroughly.
Chop 1 green onion finely, and dice 30g of cucumber and 30g of carrot into small pieces.
Cook the eggs:
Heat 5ml of oil in a pan. Once hot, pour in the egg mixture and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry the vegetables:
Heat 5ml of oil in another pan. Once hot, sauté the green onions until fragrant. Then add the cucumber and carrot, and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
Add 3g of salt and stir well.
Add 4ml of soy sauce and stir well.
Continue to stir-fry on high heat until the vegetables are softened and cooked through.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the broken-up rice and stir-fry quickly on high heat until well mixed.
Add the cooked eggs.
Stir everything well on high heat, then turn off the heat.
