Elegant Crumpets with Caviar Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 150g flour
- 30g sugar
- 100ml whipping cream (for crumpets)
- 10g Caviar
DIRECTIONS
Add 3 eggs, 150g flour, 30g sugar and 100ml whipping cream to the mixing bowl and mix evenly.
Heat the pan over low heat and pour in the mixture to start frying the crumpets.
Fry for about 2 minutes and turn over.
Stack the fried crumpets on the dinner plate.
Now, make a cream cover. Add 150ml whipping cream, 15g sugar and 50ml milk and whip it into a cream cover.
Spread the cream cover on the crumpets.
