French Toast Recipe
Today's simple French toast recipe is one of the best breakfast choices. The bread soaks up the egg mixture perfectly, resulting in a rich, creamy flavor. It's packed with nutrients, making it a favorite for both kids and seniors.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of bread
- 170g milk
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 170g milk, and 20g granulated sugar until well combined.
Place the bread slices in a shallow dish and gently pour the egg mixture over them, ensuring the bread slices are fully soaked.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, allowing the bread slices to fully absorb the egg mixture.
Tip:
Let the bread slices soak for about 5 minutes to ensure they are completely immersed in the egg mixture. If you have more time, you can refrigerate overnight for better absorption.
Preheat a sandwich maker. Add a small amount of butter and let it melt completely. Place one slice of soaked bread into the sandwich maker.
During the cooking process, the bread will expand, so keep the lid open. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip the bread.
Cook the toast until both sides are golden brown, then remove and top with some strawberries for garnish.
Tip:
If you have some blueberries at home, feel free to add a few!
Your delicious French toast is ready to enjoy!
