Garlic oyster mushrooms recipes
Oyster mushrooms are a common type of fungus in our daily lives, known for their thick flesh, crisp texture, and chewy bite. They are delicious whether cooked, fried, deep-fried, or used in cold dishes. Garlic oyster mushrooms are a popular preparation method; despite being vegetarian, they rival meat dishes in taste.

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash 250g of oyster mushrooms thoroughly and soak them for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
If you have enough time, you can add some salt to a basin of clean water, stir well, soak the king oyster mushrooms in the salted water for a period of time, gently rub them with your hands, and finally rinse them with clean water. Alternatively, you can rinse them quickly under running water.
Cut them into eighths.
Place them in a steaming tray and steam over boiling water for 10 minutes until fully cooked. Once steamed, remove and let cool for later use.
Dice 10 grams of Sichuan peppercorns and 15 grams of green bell peppers and set aside for later use.

Pour the prepared sauce into the oyster mushrooms and drizzle 30g of sesame oil to enhance the flavor. Stir well to combine.
