How to Cook Cordyceps Soup

- 50g Cordyceps flower
DIRECTIONS
Soak 50g of cordyceps flowers in water for 20 minutes, then set aside.
Take half of the black-bone chicken (1kg), clean it thoroughly, and bring it to a boil in water to remove any blood and scum.
In a clay pot, add water, then place the half black-bone chicken, 10g of sliced ginger, 50g of cordyceps flowers, and 5g of green onions into the pot.
Tip:
Ensure the water level is enough to cover the chicken.
Once the water boils, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, add 15g of goji berries and 1 tablespoon of salt for seasoning. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
When the time is up, your delicious Cordyceps Soup is ready to be served.
