INGREDIENTS
- 20g Vodka
- 120g Raspberry Juice
- 8g Gelatin Powder
DIRECTIONS
Cut 4 limes in half and remove the flesh.
In a container, combine 20g vodka and 120g raspberry juice. Add 8g gelatin powder and stir well until fully mixed.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the gelatin is dissolved. Then, pour it into the lime halves and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Tip:
Using lime halves as molds will impart a subtle lime flavor to the jelly shots.
Once set, remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces, and sprinkle with toasted black sesame seeds.
