How to Make Mashed Potatoes

Prepare all the ingredients.
You'll need 1 potato, 20ml milk, 10g butter, 1 tsp cornstarch, 2g black pepper, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1-2g salt.
Peel and slice the potato, then place it in a dish and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the potato is tender and soft.
Dissolve 1 tsp of cornstarch in an appropriate amount of water.
Tip:
Use about 15ml of water for the best results.
Add 1 tsp of black pepper to the cornstarch mixture and stir well. Set aside.
Once the potatoes are steamed, add 1g of salt and 20ml of milk.
Mash the potatoes with a fork.
