Lemon Cola Chicken Thighs
Today I'm going to share a recipe for Lemon Cola Chicken Thighs. Many people like to use cola to make chicken wings, but actually, any part of the chicken cooked with cola yields great taste. These Lemon Cola Chicken Thighs have tender meat with a refreshing lemon flavor and the sweetness of cola, making them perfect for a home-cooked meal.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken thighs
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the ingredients, and scrub the surface of the lemon clean with a pinch of salt.
Wash the chicken thighs and debone them.
Slice the lemon and remove the seeds, and slice the ginger.
Place the chicken thighs in a container, add the ginger slices, lemon slices, cooking wine, and black pepper.
Mix well and marinate for at least half an hour.
Heat a little cooking oil in a pan and add the chicken thighs.
Tips:
Use just a little oil; the chicken skin will release oil during frying.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Add light soy sauce.
Add dark soy sauce.
Add oyster sauce.
Flip until evenly colored.
Cover the pan and simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Add lemon slices.
Increase the heat and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot and garnish as desired! If you find it a bit plain, you can blanch some vegetables, such as carrots or broccoli, to serve as side dishes.
