- 350g lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Remove the lettuce leaves from the root, then carefully wash them thoroughly.
Blanch the lettuce in boiling water for about 10-20 seconds, then remove promptly.
Tip:
Be careful not to blanch the lettuce for too long; over-blanching can make it lose its crisp texture.
Immediately immerse it in cold water prepared beforehand, drain well, and set aside for later use.
Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them into minced garlic. Heat the frying pan, add olive oil, and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Tip:
Adding minced garlic to cold oil when heating the pan prevents it from turning black.
Keep the heat on medium-low, then add 15g of oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
Bring a suitable amount of water to a boil, then add some sugar and mix well.
Simmer over low heat while stirring continuously until it comes to a boil, then turn off the heat and remove from the stove.
Plate the lettuce.
Then pour it over the arranged lettuce on the plate, and it's ready to serve.
