Luo Han Guo Chrysanthemum Tea is made from three ingredients: Luo Han Guo (monk fruit), goji berries, and chrysanthemum flowers. Each ingredient offers unique health benefits:
Luo Han Guo (Monk Fruit): This fruit helps clear heat, soothe the lungs, relieve cough, dissolve phlegm, and promote bowel movements. It is particularly effective for soothing the lungs and relieving cough.

DIRECTIONS
Cut the Luo Han Guo into quarters, take one quarter for use, and give the chrysanthemum and goji berries a quick rinse.

Both the peel and the flesh of Luo Han Guo can be used to make tea, so be sure not to throw them away.
Tear the flesh of the Luo Han Guo into small pieces, and also tear the peel into smaller fragments. Put them together with the chrysanthemum and goji berries into a glass teapot.
Boil a pot of hot boiling water in a kettle.

The Luo Han Guo and goji berries, steeped in hot water, produce a golden, clear tea.
If you don't have a glass teapot at home, you can put the Luo Han Guo, chrysanthemum, and goji berries together in a kettle, then turn off the power once the tea boils. The same tea leaves can be steeped twice. If you find the sweetness insufficient, you can add a little more Luo Han Guo and boil it again.
Pour the brewed tea into cups and let it cool to warm temperature. The tea leaves in the glass teapot can be steeped with water for two more times.
