Mango Desserts Recipe
Mangoes originated in India and Malaysia before spreading to China. The taste of mangoes varies depending on the variety and ripeness, but overall, they are known for their unique flavor and rich aroma. Mangoes are not only enjoyed fresh but are also used in desserts and other dishes, making them a highly beloved fruit.

INGREDIENTS
- 600g of mango
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the above ingredients.
Wash and cut 600g of mango into small pieces for later use.
Prepare the sago: Bring 700ml of water to a boil, then add 60g of sago pearls and simmer for 13 minutes.
Cook until there are only small white dots in the middle, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid to steam until completely translucent.
Tip:
This step ensures that the sago pearls are fully cooked and have a chewy texture.
Rinse the cooked sago pearls under cold water through a sieve.
Tip:
Rinsing not only removes excess starch but also makes the sago pearls smoother and stops the cooking process.
Blend most of the mango pieces, 40g of honey, and 300ml of milk in a blender until smooth.
Layer the bottom of a bowl with sago pearls, followed by the mango puree, and finally top with mango pieces to complete the dessert.
Tip:
You can enjoy it immediately after preparing, or chill it in the refrigerator before serving for a refreshing treat.
