DIRECTIONS
Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the vegetables. Beat the egg. Cut 250g of beef tenderloin into pieces. Marinate the beef with 10g of cornstarch, 10g of soy sauce, 10g of oil, and the beaten egg white. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the 50g of green bell pepper into small pieces and set aside.
Cut the 50g of onion into chunks and set aside.
Tip:
When cutting onions, you can wet the knife blade and quickly chop them into small pieces to avoid eye irritation.
Heat 20g of oil in a pan. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Tip:
Be careful not to use too high heat to avoid overcooking the beef, which could make it tough.
