- 1 piece spring roll wrapper
DIRECTIONS

Mash the potatoes using a tool until smooth.
Add 100g corn kernels and mix well.
Prepare a spring roll wrapper and spread the mashed potato mixture evenly on it using a spoon.
Spread 50g of tomato ketchup over the mashed potatoes.
Arrange the sausage slices evenly, ensuring each part has sausage.
Spray a layer of cooking oil to add a crispy golden texture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
