INGREDIENTS
- 350g Brussels sprouts
DIRECTIONS
Take the thawed Brussels sprouts, remove the outermost leaves, cut off the relatively hard stems at the bottom, and cut them in half.
Spread them one by one in the air fryer, evenly drizzle an appropriate amount of olive oil, a little agave nectar, and sprinkle a little salt.
Set the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. Until the surface is slightly browned, take it out.
Sprinkle a little crushed walnut kernels and vegan cheese shreds, and then drizzle a little balsamic vinegar cream.
