INGREDIENTS
- 3 dried red dates
- 10g goji berries
DIRECTIONS
Prepare and wash all the ingredients. Set aside.
Place the washed red dates, goji berries, rose petals, and dried longans into a glass kettle. Add 1000ml of drinking water.
