Sausage Wrap Recipe
Golden and soft on the outside, wrapped around a juicy sausage. With every bite, the savory flavor bursts, a perfect blend of crispiness and tenderness—this is the charm of a sausage wrap.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece hand-pulled pancake
- 3 pieces sausages
DIRECTIONS
Prepare 1 piece of hand-pulled pancake and cut it into triangles.
Cut the sausages into 3 equal parts, each about 4-5 cm long.
Roll each sausage with the hand-pulled pancake, ensuring that the sausage is evenly wrapped.
Place the rolled-up sausage wraps evenly in the air fryer. Brush the surface of each wrap with a layer of egg yolk.
Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of black sesame to enhance the aroma and appearance.
Set the air fryer to 180°C and cook for 10 minutes, or until the surface is golden and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before enjoying!
