INGREDIENTS
- 50g wonton noodles
- 50g shrimp
- 8 fresh shrimp wontons
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all the ingredients. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 50g of wonton noodles, and cook until done. Drain and set aside.
In another pot, cook 50g of shrimp until done, then remove and set aside.
Add half a package of soup base to the pot, along with the cleaned bok choy, and sprinkle in some white pepper.
Once the bok choy is cooked, add the wonton noodles and shrimp to the pot.
Meanwhile, boil 8 fresh shrimp wontons in another pot until cooked.
