Take a processed chicken, scald it with boiling water and dry it with paper towels, then put it in a bowl.
Add 10 grams of ginger slices and 10 grams of scallions to the bowl, and add 15 milliliters of light soy sauce, 10 grams of oyster sauce, 10 milliliters of dark soy sauce, 15 grams of Orleans marinade and 10 grams of honey.
Spread all the marinades evenly and marinate for more than 30 minutes to ensure it is flavorful.
First preheat the air fryer to 200°C, then put the marinated chicken in and wrap the chicken with aluminum foil.
After baking the chicken for about 40 minutes, brush with the remaining marinade and honey.
Set the air fryer to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes, and it's done.
