Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
We all know that the deliciousness of pasta largely depends on the quality of the sauce. A great sauce can make pasta even more flavorful. So, do you know how to make a delicious homemade pasta sauce? Today, I’m sharing a classic recipe that my family has been using for years. We all love it, and I’m sure you will too.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of canned tomatoes
- 200g ground beef
- 200g ground pork
- 100g bacon
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash and cut 200g of beef and 200g of pork into pieces, then grind them separately using a meat grinder.
Cut 100g of bacon into small cubes.
Set the prepared beef, pork, and bacon aside.
Wash and chop 30g of celery.
Wash and chop 80g of onion.
Grind the celery and onion together using the meat grinder, and set aside.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and cook the bacon until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and pork to the pan and cook until the moisture evaporates.
Stir in the ground vegetables and cook evenly.
Add 40g of butter and stir well to incorporate, enhancing the flavor.
Add 50ml of red wine and cook, stirring until it is absorbed.
Once the wine has cooked off, add the two cans of canned tomatoes and stir to combine.
Season with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2g of basil leaves.
Pour in 300ml of beef broth and let it simmer over low heat.
Cook until the sauce thickens. To save time, I use the oven for this step.
The finished sauce will be rich and flavorful.
