INGREDIENTS
- 250g soybean sprouts
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the ingredients by soaking 250g of soybean sprouts in water for 5 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly under running water and set aside.
Cut the 80g of pork into thin strips. Chop the 5g of spring onion into small pieces (green onion). Peel and slice the 5g of ginger into thin strips.
Pour 30g of cooking oil into a pan and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, add chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add shredded meat and stir-fry together.
Add mung bean sprouts, 10g soy sauce, and 15g cooking wine, stir-fry evenly. After stirring evenly, cover with a lid and simmer for a while.
Tip:
After adding the bean sprouts, stir-fry over high heat to quickly cook them. This ensures that the bean sprouts retain their crisp texture without releasing too much liquid.
Finally, add 5g of salt to season the dish. Stir well to combine, and it's ready to serve.
