- 500g Water Spinach
DIRECTIONS
Clean the 500g of water spinach thoroughly, removing any impurities.
Peel the 4 century eggs, cut them in half, and then into quarters, resulting in 4 pieces per egg.
Mince the 2 garlic cloves.
Heat oil in a pot and add the century eggs to fry.
Once the eggs are slightly golden, add the minced garlic and stir-fry.
Add 350ml of water and bring it to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the water spinach.
Cook until the spinach is tender, then season with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper, stirring to combine.
Your delicious water spinach soup is ready to serve!
