- 1 cup rice

Prepare the Ingredients.
Rinse the rice thoroughly, then soak it in Natural Spring Water for half an hour.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, mix with cooking wine, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and sesame oil, and marinate for a while.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, dice the carrot, and chop the celery and ginger finely.
Tips:
If using dried shiitake mushrooms, remember to soak them in advance.
