- 10g goji berries

- 10 rose petals
- 6 dried longans
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Prepare and wash all the ingredients. Set aside.
STEP 2
Place the washed red dates, goji berries, rose petals, and dried longans into a glass kettle. Add 1000ml of drinking water.
STEP 3
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Once the tea cools down, it’s ready to drink. Enjoy it with a light snack.
Tip:
Since red dates, goji berries, and dried longans already have natural sweetness, there's no need to add extra sugar.
