I mainly use 15g oyster sauce, 15g light soy sauce, 5g dark soy sauce, 30g tomato paste, 10g sugar, 5g white pepper, 5g salt and 100ml water.

Prepare the ingredients and wash them thoroughly.

Prepare 500g of jumbo shrimp by removing the whiskers and legs, deveining, and preparing the shrimp heads.
